Sonic Painting was a performative event and living installation. A week of performances with artists who used various vibrational mediums: sound bowls, experimental sax, Persian music, interpretive dance, and acoustic guitar. The attending public could listen and paint throughout the week. I curated and offered the attendees books on ecology, diet, and mental health and served them tea. I supplied attendees with paint, brushes, and canvas; and instructed them on abstract painting as a healing modality while they listened to the musical compositions .
