Painting Alone (2015-2016)
comprised of seven recordings dedicated to abandoned youth. The compositions have been distributed across major music platforms with any profit going toward the arts for children in residential facilities.

Recorded on a phone using garage band, antique Italian accordion, 15 year old acoustic Yamaha Compass Series, drum pad, wooden Italian shakers, tambourine, sounds from the Balearic sea, protest chanting, whistles, birds chirping in Laurel Canyon, Roland Gaia Sh-01, red mustang, clanking dishes, blue haired drummer, vacuum cleaner, headset mic, electronic bass, and a glockenspiel. For some of the vocals I dropped the headset in the hollow of the Yamaha and sang in it. I tracked vocals on a island, in cars, cottages, bathrooms, mansions, near the sea, in the sea, on top of a mountain, inside a canyon, in the bathtub, and the closet. 💜This project is available to stream nearly anywhere for free. If you do buy it- I will be using the money to go towards a fund for art education/musical instruments for children in residential facilities. Thanks for seeing.
